Terms of Service

By registering for or using the PartnerIn platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PartnerIn ("we", "our", or "us"), a platform operating in Pakistan.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

• You must be at least 16 years of age to use PartnerIn.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of Pakistan.
• You must not be barred from using the Platform under applicable law.
• Brands must be legally registered or operating entities in Pakistan or internationally.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share access with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

PartnerIn is a marketplace that facilitates connections between brands and influencers/content creators for commercial collaboration purposes. We provide tools for:

• Discovering and browsing brand and influencer profiles
• Creating and managing marketing campaigns
• Sending and receiving collaboration requests and applications
• Communicating via in-platform messaging
• Submitting and reviewing campaign deliverables

PartnerIn is a platform intermediary only. We are not a party to any agreement formed between a brand and an influencer. Any collaboration, contract, payment, or dispute is solely between the parties involved.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant PartnerIn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

Campaign deliverables and content created by influencers for a brand campaign are governed by any agreement between those parties. PartnerIn makes no claim to ownership of such content.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

PartnerIn currently does not process payments between brands and influencers. Any financial arrangements, including campaign fees, product exchanges, or other compensation, are agreed and settled directly between the parties.

PartnerIn is not liable for any payment disputes, non-payment, or financial losses arising from collaborations arranged through the Platform.

Future payment processing features, if introduced, will be subject to additional terms and applicable Pakistani financial regulations.

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any user profile data, follower metrics, or engagement statistics displayed on the Platform.
• We do not verify the identity or credentials of brands or influencers beyond the registration process.
• We do not guarantee that any campaign will result in successful deliverables, business outcomes, or brand growth.
• We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or appropriateness of any content created under campaigns arranged through PartnerIn.

To the maximum extent permitted under Pakistani law, PartnerIn and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information on the Platform
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own failure to secure credentials

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed PKR 10,000 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is lower.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartnerIn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at partnerinapp@gmail.com before pursuing formal legal action.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
